2024年秋季 & Spring 2025 Arrival Information
If you are arriving to HSU as a new international student for the 2024年秋季 and Spring 2025 semesters, t在这里 are specific arrival and move-in days that you 必须 follow when coming to the HSU campus. During this time, you will check in to your campus housing, report to a campus immigration officer, and get settled at HSU before classes. 除了, all international students are required to attend the international orientation with the Office of Global Engagement. Stampede (HSU’s Campus-wide New Student Orientation) begins the following week after your arrival for the fall semester and before classes begin.”

- New International Student Orientation: Monday, August 19, and Tuesday, August 20, 2024
- HSU Stampede Week (all student orientation): Wednesday, August 21 to Sunday, August 25, 2024
- 2024年秋季 classes begin: Monday, August 26, 2024
The official Spring 2025 arrival, move-in, and international orientation days are as follows:
- 天到来: Tue, January 7 to Thursday, January 9, 2025
- New International Student Orientation: Friday, January 10, and Saturday, January 11, 2025
- Spring 2025 classes begin: Monday, January 13, 2025

Pre-Departure Checklist
Before you depart your home country, please make sure you carry all of these items in your carry-on luggage,只有.

Arrival/Airport Pickup Form
We provide airport pickup for our international students flying into Abilene Regional Airport from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST, 7 days a week!
Whether you are driving into Hardin-Simmons or flying into Abilene Regional Airport, we need to know when to have your room ready or when to pick you up at the airport.
